Step 1:  Obtain legal copies of the arrangements either from the Old Songs Library at Society Headquarters or directly from the arranger

Step 2:  Send copies of arrangements to Q.S.V.P. either by fax, mail or e-mail attachment.  Library songs need the music for our records as proof that the arrangement has been purchased and to confirm it is the same arrangement that has been recorded.

Step 3: Along with the arrangements we require:

1. Name of the Group recordings are for

2. Name of Contact person

3. Shipping Address including Postal/Zip Code and Telephone Number

4. E-mail address if available
